Diammo.com is pleased to offer our customers FREE (for purchases of $200.00 or more) UPS Overnight or equivalent Shipping on all domestic shipments (Within United States Except Alaska and Hawaii). Saturday deliveries will incur a $20 charge. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are processed the following business day.

For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:

Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes);
All deliveries require an adult signature; and
Shipments must be made to the address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.

Once packages are shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. You may click on the provided in the confirmation to trace the delivery of your package.

Returns & Replacements

We at Diammo.com believe in complete customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn item within 30 days from the date of shipment.

To Return an Item:

Obtain Return Authorization Code - Call Diammo toll-free at 866-342-6665 to obtain your return authorization number. Write this number on the Return Form provided with the original packaging.
Repackage the Item as Securely as Possible - Repack your item securely with the diamond certificate(if applicable). Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Ship the Package - Return the package to us by registered mail. Insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Diammo is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
Name and Address - Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail it to address provided on return label.

Your account will be credited within 2 business days after receipt of the package.
